S -- PULPED GARBAGE DISPOSAL SOL N62477-98-Q-0734 POC Barbara Palmer 410 293-3188 The United States Naval Academy is seeking potential sources for the disposal of pulped garbage from an institutional kitchen and dining facility. Currently the pulped garbage is deposited into two (2) 8 cubic yard containers which are picked up twice each day, six days per week. The consistency of the pulped material varies from dry pulp to a very wet "oatmeal" consistency.
