The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division is seeking eligible 8(a) Sources capable of providing on-site Mess Attendant Services at the Douglas T. Gray III General Mess at Dahlgren, and providing on-site 24 hours per day, seven days a week Desk Clerk Services for the Bachelor Quarters (both officer, enlisted, and Caffee House) at Dahlgren. The Mess Attendant Services will consist of: (a) Cleaning of facilities, equipment and utensils, (b) Operation of the dishwashing room, (c) Staffing of service lines including pre-service set-up and resupply, (d) Bussing of all tables, (e) Minor equipment maintenance, (f) Preparation of raw food in a ready-to-cook or ready-to-serve form, (g) Providing cashier services. The Desk Clerk Services will consist of: (a) Operation of automated billeting reservation service, (b) Registration and check out of personnel, (c) Room assignment, (d) Collecting room rental fees, (e) Operation of a linen issue/exchange service, (f) provide intercom/message service for residents. The SIC Code for this effort is 5812, with a size standard of $15 Million. This is not a request for proposal.
