The equipment consists of Enterprise Express basic voice processing platform software with data server and voice server model #EXV03-000 this system will include the voice system initial application suite model #EVX08-000, four port software package, and 16 port voice card. This system shall include installation, training and assured performance. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is soley within the discretion of the Government.
