The estimated performance period is 1 January 99 thru 31 December 99 with two option periods. The estimated dollar value of this procurement is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000 (including option periods). This is a requirements contract with delivery orders placed on an as and when called for basis. The contractor must be able to commence work within one week of notification on each delivery order. The minimum delivery order amount will be approximately $10,000 and the maximum deliver order amount will be $100,000 for a single item and $500,000 for a combination of items. Performance bonds required shall be 100% of the original contract price, the penal amount of payment bonds shall equal 50% of the contract price.
