The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center, Detachment Philadelphia intends to acquire on a full and open competitive basis the following items: Executive Guest Arm Chair, quantity of 504, meeting the following specifications: dimensions- 23"D X 23"W X 34"H; seat depth- 17"; frame and base- heavy gauge welded steel, including four "H"-braced legs, black or gray steel finish in baked enamel; seat back and seat cushion- urethane foam; upholstery- heavy black vinyl. Delivery to the Recruit Training Command, Great Lakes, IL required no earlier than 11 Jan 99 and no later than 29 Jan 99. FAR 52.212-1 is applicable.
