Comer, 202-307-3070 Residential Community Corrections Center services for a secure juvenile facility for male and female Federal offenders. Interested concerns having the ability to provide residential secure services for male and female Federal offenders are requested to give written notification (including telephone number and a point of contact) to the Contracting Officer listed in the notice. Services required include care, custody, control, accountability, and treatment, to include furnishing of subsistence and medical services, except the expense of hospital, surgical, prescriptions, and dental treatment. The services described shall be in accordance with the Bureau of Prisons' Statement of Work. Location of facility shall be located within the judicial districts of Montana and Wyoming. The estimated total of inmatedays for the minimum occupancy is 7,320 for the base year, with a four year option period consisting of 7,300 inmatedays for option years one, two, and three respectively. Option year four has 7,320 inmatedays. The estimated total of inmatedays for the maximum occupancy is 10,980 inmatedays for the base year, and 10,980 inmatedays for each four option periods respectively.
