The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center (FISC) Norfolk, Detachment Philadelphia, intends to procure on a Small-Business Set-aside basis, packing and crating services for the personal property of U.S. military and civilian personnel. Contractor is to provide services both inbound, outbound, and intra-city in the following area: Tennessee Counties of: Shelby, Tipton, Fayette, Chester, Hersemen, Haywood, Henderson, McNairy, Madison, Dyer, Gibson, Lauderdale and Crockett; Arkansas counties of Cross, St. Francis, Lee, Woodruff, Monroe and Phillips; Mississippi counties of Desota, Marshall, Panola, Tate, Tunica, Alcorn, Benton, Coachoma, LaFayyette, Prentiss, Quitman, Tippolo, Tishominto and Union. A liaison office is required to be located within a reasonable distance from the Naval Support Activity Memphis, Millington Tennessee. The contract is for a twelve month base period from 01 January 1999 through 3 1 December 1999 and two twelve month option periods.
