The work includes, but is not limited to furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to provide architectural/engineering services to complete RV pad design at Southwinds Marina, as well as providing all supervision, plant, labor, material, equipment, transportation and incidentals necessary to perform all work in accordance with the plans and specifications for the project. Fifteen (15) RV sites will be constructed, complete with all utility hook-ups to include electricity, water, sewer, TV cable, and telephone, in addition to driveways, concrete pads for picnic tables and pump station to connect with existing evaporative sewage system. All other construction as it appears in the construction documents shall also be included in this project. Project solicitation, statement of objectives, and 35% concept design drawings will be made available 15 days after it is published in the Commerce Business Daily. Anyone wishing to participate in this proposed procurement must obtain their copy from the internet. Copies will not be mailed out of this office. All amendments will be posted on the internet. Contractor will be solely responsible for obtaining amendments from the internet and updating their files. This solicitation is issued as full and open competition. The applicable small business size standard for interested small business concerns, including their affiliates, is not more than $7.0 million in average annual receipts for the preceding three years. The standard industrial classification code is 1771. Magnitude of this project is between $250,000 and $500,000. Telephone requests will not be honored. Performance time is: 15 calendar days for pre-final 100% design, 6 calendar days for corrected 100% design, and 200 calendar days for construction.
