UNICOR, Federal Prison Industries, Inc., intends to enter into a 5 year, with 5, 1 year options, Firm fixed price, Indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract for supplies (with EPA). Delivery shall be 100 days ARO. Components are in the following Military family: MIL-C-5015; QPL P/N: MS3100-MS3108; MS3400-MS3436; MS3450-MS3459. During the life of the contract, if UNICOR defines a need for additional QPL components not covered under the contract, but which fall within the specified Mil-Spec family, UNICOR will negotiate a fair and reasonable price and may add the additional components via contract modification. Guaranteed minimum quantity is 5,000 each, with an estimated maximum quantity of 150,000 each. Drawings and quantity price breakdowns for all component parts are required. Contractor must be current or in the process of obtaining from their manufacturer QPL status and must be able to QPL UNICOR's Phoenix factory to assemble components within 4 months from contract award.
