Services are currently being performed by government personnel. This solicitation will be canceled if proposals received are higher than the cost of in-house operations. The successful contractor shall provide all personnel, materials, supervision, and other items or services necessary to perform general library services. Services include but are not limited to administration, circulation, education support, mission support, marketing, public relations, reference services, customer and staff training, automation performance, cataloging, technical processing, and collection management. The performance period is anticipated to begin on or about 1 April 1999 through 30 September 1999 with four (4) one-year option periods.
