Seymour Johnson AFB, NC intends to negotiate a commercial services purchase order for the lease of 50 weeks of condominiums in the Nags Head, NC area, during the period between Labor Day and Memorial Day 1999. The condominiums must be two bedroom with full services and provide either an oceanfront or oceanview in a minimum mixture of 40/60 oceanfront/oceanview. Facilities are required for approximately 50 airmen. The condominiums will be apportioned through Seymour Johnson AFB, NC with the successful offeror providing check-in and check-out only. The successful offeror will provide information regarding; (1) exact mix of oceanfront and oceanview condominiums, (2) reasonable access to restaurants, family fun centers, and tourist areas, (3) condominium services such as community pool, condo amenities, tennis courts, etc. and, (4) a proposed schedule of the 50 units and the weeks they are available.
