Furnish all labor, materials, supervision, transportation, equipment, and all other necessary items required to accomplish replacement of the Santa Cruz West Jetty Light. The work includes, but is not limited to removal of the existing cylindrical steel structure, cap existing electrical feeder, install new 18 inch single steel pipe structure including reinforced concrete foundation and platform assembly. Estimated range is $25,000 to $100,000. The performance period is 30 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. This procurement is subject to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program and is open to large and small business participation. The applicable SIC is 1629. Small Business size standard is $17.0 million. Drawings and Specifications can be purchased on a first come, first served basis, at the rate of $15.00 per set. Requests will be accepted by mail only, and must include payment in the applicable amount by Cashier's Check or Money Order, made payable to the U.S. Coast Guard.
