First Article certification of compliance and test and inspection
results may be required. A certification of compliance and test and
inspection results will also be required for each subsequent shipment.
Delivery is F.O.B. destination, Pine Bluff Arsenal, Arkansas. First
Article test is due 45 days after award. The solicitation contains a
100% evaluated option provision. DISTRIBUTION STATEMENT D is
applicable. Drawing distribution is authorized to the Department of
Defense (DOD) and DOD contractors only. A MILITARILY CRITICAL TECHNICAL
DATA AGREEMENT, DD Form 2345 is required. The form and applicable
instructions can be obtained at the following web site:
www.dlsc.dla.mil. Contractors must have the form filled out and
submitted to DLSC and be certified by that organization. A solicitation
package cannot be forwarded to a contractor who has not been certified.
A copy of the certified DD Form 2345is required to be submitted with
any request for solicitation package. Any questions concerning the

since proprietary technical data is applicable, prospective offerors
should immediately request a CONFIDENTIAL NON-DISCLOSURE AND NON-USE
AGREEMENT BY FAX to 309-782-4955, ATTN: MAJ Terry Moses, execute stated
form and FAX to the same. This solicitation shall be referenced on all
FAX's. Further, "The Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement
(DFARS) is being amended to require all contractors who provide
goods/services to the Department of Defense (DOD) to be registered in
a Central Contractor Registration Database prior to award. This
registration will be a condition of award. Therefore, if a contractor
is not registered in the database, he will not be eligible for award of
any DOD contracts. Answers to questions may be found at
www.acq.osd.mil/ec/faqs. The site for registering the CCR via Internet
is: ccr.edi.disa.mil. If you do not have Internet access and need to
register, contact the Registration Assistance Center at 1-888-227-2423,
customer service and request the registration form and assistance
packet for your completion. All requests for solicitations shall be
faxed, and will include contractors CAGE code, business size, tax
