Five Year Annual Requirement Contract for Environmental Consulting Services. Services can include, but not limited to the following: Preparing specification specifications for environmental services such as: lead and asbestos abatement; underground storage tanks removal; remediation of Polycholtinated Biphenyl contaminated soil and groundwater; various environmental testing, which can be test for lead, asbestos, indoor air quality, PCBs, harzardous waste, and other contaminates. Design various remediation projects for the CHA. Such projects could include, but are nor limited to: leaking underground storage tanks; lead abatement, asbestos abatement; hazardous waste removal; PCB soil remediation. Performing all or part of a Phase I Audit as requested by the CHA. Researching applicable Federal, State, and local regulations and informing the CHA of pertinent changes in regulations. Advising the CHA on various environmental issues. such issues include but not limited to : lead and asbestos testing and abatement; UST removal, remediation of contaminated soil and/or goundwater; hazardous waste removal and disposal. Regulatory Record Review: Contacting appropriate regulatory agencies for review of permits, licences, copies of any documents filed or received, ect. Investigate envirnomental liens. database review of hazardous substances such as, but not limited to: RCRA compliance and notifications; USTs: CERCLA/SARA; MSDS and Manifests; HMIRS; determining the nearest NPL and CERCLIS sites, etc. Above ground and underground storage tank investigation.
