Edwards AFB has a requirement for facility maintenance at the Logistics Complex, consisting of the following: (a) maintenance of doors and windows, (b) maintenance of plumbing systems, (c) maintenance of electrical systems, (d) maintenance of corrosion control facility, (e) maintenance of refrigeration equipment, (f) maintenance of air conditioning/HVAC, (g) maintenance of air conditioning/HVAC Bldg 3804. All the above items include remedial maintenance and parts reimbursement. In addition, Items (d), (e), (f), and (g) include preventative maintenance. The requirement is for service for a basic period consisting of 9 months, and 4 one-year options. The acquisition will be 100% small business set aside. The SIC Code is 7699, size standard $5M.
