E-MAIL: Michael Veesart, Contract Specialist, MV64b@nih.gov. The National Cancer Institute is seeking support for the informatics and computer systems of the Cancer Therapy Evaluation Program (CTEP). This effort will support all informatics projects and computer systems of the CTEP. This shall include support of the CTEP personal computers, NT Server, Exchanger Server, Oracle Web Server, and customized CTEP Data Bases. At the present time these systems include: Clinical Trials Monitoring Branch Audit Information System, (CTMB-AIS), Protocol Authorization and Tracking System (PATS), Drug Authorization and Review Tracking System (DARTS), Clinical Data Update System (CDUS), Web Enabled CDUS, Common Toxicity Criteria Interactive Tool (CTC), Adverse Drug Experience Electronic Reporting (ADEERS) and the CTEP Web Page. Additional support of the Biometric Research Branch includes programming and data management support as needed in the performance of projects. This requires familiarity with statistics equivalent to attainment of a Master's degree, good knowledge of SAS,graphics (SAS or other languages) and Fortran. It is anticipated that the effort required for this contract will be 166 productive FTEs over a period of five years and four months (effort level varies from year to year). The proposed acquisition is a recompetition of contract N02-CM-67245 award to Capital Technology Information Services, Inc. The Government anticipates that one (1) contract will be awarded on an incrementally funded basis for a period of five (5) years and four (4) months. This acquisition has been designated as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The solicitation is scheduled for electronic release approximately October 19, 1998.
