The Federal Bureau of Prisons is seeking qualified, professional offerors to produce a comprehensive, current District of Columbia (DC) Code sentence computation manual, and Bureau of Prisons' (BOP) Program Statement(s) as required that affect sentence computation methods and practice based on current standards as exemplified by BOP sentence computation manuals.
