Federal Bureau of Prisons is seeking qualified, professional offerors
to produce a comprehensive, current District of Columbia (DC) Code
sentence computation manual, and Bureau of Prisons' (BOP) Program
Statement(s) as required that affect sentence computation methods and
practice based on current standards as exemplified by BOP sentence
computation manuals. Offers are advised that travel in conjunction with
this service may be required and will be reimbursed in accordance with
the Federal Travel Regulations or actual expense incurred, whichever
is more beneficial to the Government. Interested offerors shall submit
a request for solicitation in writting, ATTN: Donna Fox, Contracting
Officer, via fascimile to (202) 514-0523, Internet request to
DFOX@BOP.GOV (provide physical address, as solicitation will not be
transmitted electronically) or in writting via US Mail to the Federal
Bureau of Prisons, 320 First Street, N.W., Central Office Business

Interested parties are advised that questions regarding the contents of
this solicitation prior to its release will not be entertained. All
questions or request for clarifications regarding the solicitation
after its release, shall be submitted in writting via one of the
methods described above, ATTN: Donna Fox, Contracting Officer.
Performance period of this requirement will be contingent upon
completion of required services or from date of award through no later
than the 36th week from contract award. Interested parties are advised
that all individuals performing under the terms and conditions of this
requirement will be subject to mandatory security clearance procedures
as defined in the BOP Human Resource Management Manual. Award of these
services will be based on technical superiority evaluated based on
criteria defined within the solicitation, past performance and price
