The Federal Bureau of Prisons is seeking qualified, professional offerors to produce a comprehensive, current District of Columbia (DC) Code sentence computation manual, and Bureau of Prisons' (BOP) Program Statement(s) as required that affect sentence computation methods and practice based on current standards as exemplified by BOP sentence computation manuals. Offers are advised that travel in conjunction with this service may be required and will be reimbursed in accordance with the Federal Travel Regulations or actual expense incurred, whichever is more beneficial to the Government.
