OFFERING The U.S. General Services Administration is seeking proposals for the sale and redevelopment of Parcel 457-C, a 75,000 square foot assemblage fronting on 7th, D, and E Streets, NW, Washington, DC. This historic location, which includes the site of Clara Barton's office during the Civil War, is in the heart of downtown Washington's most active new neighborhood, one block from Pennsylvania Avenue, and close to many major developments and attractions.
