Kirchoff/Pkwrm/ [937]257-8344 WPAFB is seeking sources to provide a Police Administration Course to Air Force Security Police and Senior Noncommissioned Officers. Contractor must design and present the course at their facility. Each class will consist of approximately 25 students. Contractor shall provide students with required study materials, texts and housing facilities. Instructors must possess a Ph.D in appropriate fields such as Police Administration, Corrections, Police Law and have three years of practical experience in Law Enforcement and one year of post secondary teaching experience. Subsequent contract will be base year and two option years. Mr. Stephen J. Plaisted has been appointed as Ombudsman to hear concerns from offerors, or potential offerors, during the proposal development. The purpose of the Ombudsman is to communicate contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate government personnel. Existence of an Ombudsman does not diminish the authority of the program director or the contracting officer.
