X -- REAL ESTATE LEASE SOL RFQ 618-72-99 DUE 102298 POC Janice Byrd 612-725-2188 The Minneapolis VAMC intends to award contract(s) for a Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) in the City of St. Paul, MN to provide Primary Care Services on an outpatient basis for approximately 50-60 patient visits per day. The CBOC will be responsible for managing the veterans' primary medical care. Referrals for sub-specialty care and hospitalization will be made to the VAMC located in Minneapolis, MN. It is expected the lease will be awarded on or about November 1, 1998 with occupancy on or about February 1, 1999 for a one-year period with two renewal options. Offers are being solicited for approximately 2710 occupiable square feet of office space that is suitable for the delivery of Primary Medical Care. Parking to accommodate approximately 50-60 patient visits and 7 employees per day is also required. Responsible sources capable of meeting the Government's requirement may respond by furnishing in writing, information, which substantiates the offerors ability to provide the required services. All responses must be received within 15 days of the publication of this notice. This information will be used to determine if competitive opportunities exist.
