This is a combined solicitation/synopsis for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 98Q109 is issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ). All references of "offerors" are understood to be "quotations". The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-03. The SIC code is 7521, and the small business size standard is $5M. The U.S. Secret Service has a requirement to lease ten (10) parking stalls in close proximity to 890 Jackson Federal Building, 915 Second Avenue, Seattle, WA. 24-hour access is required. No substitutions will be accepted. Northwest Parking Services, Inc. is the sole provider of these services in the area with the required access and number of spaces available. The contractor shall deliver the complete quantity; FOB Destination, to the U.S. Secret Service, 890 Jackson Federal Building, 915 Second Avenue, Seattle, WA. Delivery upon award. The following FAR provisions are applicable to this RFP -- FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes for Executive Orders -- Commercial Items. Offerors must include a signed copy of the Representations and Certifications with their offerors.
