The following constitutes Amendment number 02 to the synopsis and the Request for Quotation for RFQ# RFQ-DC-98-00227, entitled "Movie Theater Outreach for EPA's Emergency Planning and Community Right to Know Act." (1) All potential bidders should take note that alternate proposals/quotations may be submitted in addition to an initial proposal/quotation for the subject RFQ. As a minimum, one of the proposals/quotations submitted must be complete. The alternate proposal(s)/quotation(s) may be in an abbreviated form following the same section format, but providing only those sections which differ in any way from those contained in the original proposal/quotation. Each submission will include cost tables indicating the complete range of pricing options. If alternate proposals/quotations are submitted, such alternatives will be clearly labeled and identified on the cover page of each separate document. The reason for each alternate and its comparative benefits shall be explained. Each proposal submitted will be evaluated on its own merits.
