The building is comprised of a structural steel frame, steel stud exterior wall with brick veneer, and a 4-ply built-up roof. The roof and second floor are bar joists and metal deck, the ground floor is concrete slab on grade. Site improvements include earthwork, installation of underground utility tie-ins, concrete walkways, and incidental related work. This project is located at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center in Artesia, New Mexico. There will be a 365 calendar day performance period. This is an unrestricted procurement; all eligible firms can bid. The project magnitude is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000.
