This has been changed. This solicitation is now set-aside for those 8A businesses registered in Region IX of the Small Business Administration. JOB DESCRIPTION. This project consists of a 3,800 SM one-story building for Space IQT Academic Facility with exterior concrete masonry units and concrete roof tiles. Exterior features include parking lot and landscaping. Also included in the project is: HVAC; plumbing; electrical, steel tube columns, steel beams; and open web steel joists. Competition for this procurement is limited to 8(a) firms which have the SIC code 1542 among their approved SIC codes. The size standard for this SIC code is $17 million. This procurement is restricted to 8(a) firms registered in Region IX of the Small Business Administration.
