This solicitation incorporates a Technical Data Package (TDP) that cannot be provided via the internet. Vendors who need this TDP in order to prepare a proposal are instructed to execute a non-disclosure agreement, a copy of this agreement will be attached to the solicitation and instructions on where to send it.
