The Back Up Sight is a five power (5X) Ballistic Periscope fixed power, day-light, monocular sight. The Back Up Sight has a range estimating capability for sighting and firing the primary weapon (25 Millimeters) (MM) from the electrical stabilized turret of a fighting vehicle system (FVS) vehicle. The Technical Data Package for this solicitation contains a classified drawing. Each bidder must verify that they have a "Secret" Facility clearance in order to obtain this classified drawing. Requirements are 80 each. FOB is Destination. For use on the Bradley Fighting Vehicle System. Estimated issue date is 10/16/98. The proposed contract will include a 150 % evaluated option.
