All support shall consist of unlimited technical telephone support for Interleaf licensed software with hours of 8:30AM -- 5:30PM EST excluding Government holidays. Written documentation addressing the Year 2000 compliant issue must be provided with the vendor's quote. This support provides for centralized dispatch service, software upgrades with one complete set of free documentation per site, periodic enhancements and bug fixes, and free license transfers. This software and support is proprietary to Interleaf who is the developer, designer and manufacturer of the software and only source to provide the support. This contract is to be processed under Simplified Acquisition Procedures. All responsible sources shall submit their fax quote which shall be considered by the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division, Dahlgren, Va. 22448.
