Jenkins (202)324-5725 The FBI has a requirement for information technology support services to include personnel and facilities to design, develop, maintain and enhance automated systems resident on mainframes, minicomputers, servers, and microcomputers. This acquisition will be entitled: Information Technology Support Procurement (ITSP). ITSP will provide the full range of operational information technology support services. The ITSP will be conducted as a total small business set-aside as a multiple award solicitation. It is anticipated that the FBI will make up to ten (10) contract awards from this single solicitation document. The contracts awarded will be Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity contracts with provisions for fixed price task orders utilizing firm-fixed hourly labor rates. Contractors awarded contracts will compete for future task orders issued by the FBI. Contracts awarded will be for the base year, four (4) option years, and a final option period not to exceed a total of 60 months. The guaranteed minimum for each contract awarded shall total $50,000, as met through the issuance of one or more task orders within two years of contract award. The maximum dollar amount that may be awarded to all contractors during the 60 month contract period of the ITSP program is $123 million.
