A 5 Year Firm Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract will be awarded as a result of this solicitation. The minimum quantity to be awarded is 20 each. The maximum quantity to be awarded is 175 each. This requirement contains a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) requirement, estimated at 10 each, which is included in the maximum quantity of 175 each, should this FMS requirement be needed. This is a Full and Open Competitive requirement. Firms that can provide the overhaul described above are encouraged to submit a proposal, which shall be considered by this agency.
