U -- READING INSTRUCTOR SOL RFQ243-0019-8 DUE 111798 POC Norman Ward, Regional Contract Specialist The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Prison Camp (FPC) at Seymour Johnson AFB, NC, intends to award a firm-fixed price requirements type contract for the services of a Reading Instructor. These services shall be provided to the inmate population at the FPC. The successful contractor shall be required to perform these duties in a manner consistent with local educating standards. The requirement is a 100% small business set-aside. It is anticipated that this position will require 15-20 hours weekly. This position will not exceed 30 hours in a given week. The anticipated period of performance will be from award through September 30, 1999. Additionally, the contract shall provide for four (4) twelve month option periods.
