The contract quantity is approximately 10,400 cartridges with an option for 10,400 more. Initial delivery will commence seven to nine months after contract award. Capability must include experience and facilities for fabrication of similar explosive components and a quality system. Respondents should address their ability to perform M752 primer and housing assembly operations; store parts and explosives; control black powder weight; inspect and test primers prior to assembly; control black powder pellet moisture content; perform static pressure, sensitivity and leak testing; and to perform LAP operations under controlled temperature and humidity. Product drawings are available from the Contracting Officer. Provide descriptive literature to substantiate your ability to meet all of the above requirements.
