Pridmore (925) 372-2046 Contractor shall furnish the services of qualified physicians to staff the Urgi-Center at the Northern California Health Care System (NCHCS) VA Sacramento Medical Center, Mather, California. Physicians must be board certified in Emergency Medicine, Internal Medicine or Family Practice, or be board eligible and less than four years out of residency and have a minimum of two years experience working in an urgent care or emergency room setting. Contractor will be required to provide one physician per shift, Monday through Friday, 24 hours/day in three 8-hour shifts (Days/Evenings/Nights) and Saturday & Sunday one 12-hour shift (Nights). Contract period: 12/14/98 through 9/30/99 with two one-year options for renewal. The solicitation will be issued on or about 10/7/98. Proposals will be due on or about 11/9/98.
