Provide Full Time Dining Facility services in a South Carolina Army National Guard facility located at the SCARNG Leesburg Training Center, Leesburg Road, Eastover, SC. The Government anticipates awarding a requirements contract to feed authorized personnel at this location. The contract may be for a base year and four option years. Monthly feeding requirements will be expressed by issuance of Delivery Orders. The Government will provide the facility, utilities, and equipment. The Contractor will provide all supervision, labor, supplies, subsistence, transportation, eatingware, paper products, and cleaning supplies. The contract will be priced on a per meal basis. Meals will be required Sunday through Saturday including some holidays. The Contractor will feed soldiers who are authorized Subsistence In Kind. Other authorized personnel will be fed at the Government rate and proceeds from these meals will be retained by the Contractor. This acquisition is 100% set aside for small businesses. The Standard Industrial Classification is 1582, the size standard is $15 million. Estimated price range for this acquisition is $100,000 to $500,000 per year.
