The principle items of work shall include, but are not limited to, the following: 1) Installation of new storm sewers, manholes, and inlets, 2) Installation of new sidewalks, 3) Grading of site to maintain and facilitate drainage, 4) Removal of powerpoles and overhead power lines, 5) Installation of new duct bank, 6) Installation of new lighting, 7) Installation of new playground equipment, 8) Installation of new landscaping, 9) Installation of new signs and bulletin boards.
