Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, supervision and disposal necessary to remove and install a new hot water boiler, burner, six vertical heater units, andmiscellaneous equipment in the boathouse at USCG Station, Shinnecock, Hampton Bays, NY (Suffolk County) Work includes removal of existing boiler, burner, controls, expansion tank, pumps, and piping as indicated on the drawing; installation of new concrete foundation; supply and install new boiler, burner, controls, expansion tank, pumps, and piping required to make the boiler a complete, self contained, fully automatic unit, fready for service; remove and install new fuel oil suction and return lines from the storage tank to the burner; conduct boiler operational test; remove supply new, and install six vertical heater units in the boat bay. Estimated cost of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. SIC code is 1711. The construction period is thirty calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed.
