The solicitation number is hereby changed from DAAH23-98-R-R001 to DAAH23-99-R-R001. 2. All Army publicly accessible websites have been temporarily disconnected. Therefore, the solicitation may not be accessible on the WWW via the AMCOM Acquisition Center Contracting Information System. Alternatively, the solicitation will be issued on Compact Disk Read-Only Memory device (CDROM). All necessary software for reading the solicitation and TDPs will be included.
