This proposed contract action is a non-personal services contract for the Naval Regional Medical Center, San Diego. The Navy intends to solicit and negotiate with one responsible source under the authority of FAR 6.302. The contract will provide physiologic testing and histologic evaluations for follow-up evaluations of a hearing and balance study project. The expected level of effort is one manyear for a base period with two optional years of performance. Services to commence on 1 November 1998 on-site at the medical center.
