The work includes, but is not limited to renovation of the HVAC system which includes the temperature control system. Renovation of the HVAC system will include, but not limited to, install new DDC system to provide for Sequence of Operation, remove access software including user name and password. Modification to ensure DDC system is Y2K compliant, provide record documents and logic diagrams. 4 hours of site specific training for personnel on the use of the temperature control system, install SCR controls for room interior and perimeter duct heaters, replace linear slot diffusers in with new diffusers, remove existing space temperature sensor, provide and install space temperature sensor with space temperature setpoint adjustment, adjust relief dampers counterweight,demo existing annunciator panel and repair to match existing surfaces, install curretn sensing switch to monitor compressor status to integrate with DDC system, install low ambient controls, install galvanized metal grate walk platform, resheave AHU to provide design air flow. Adjust fan differential pressure switches, remove and install existing backdraft damper. Temperature controls shall be furnished and installed by a factory-authorized representative of the controls being supplied. Contractors shall be qualified and trained in their respective fields with a minimum of five years experience in similar projects.
