These services shall include caselaw, statutory, regulatory, administrative, periodicals, and citator materials. It is the intention of the U.S. General Accounting Office to procure these services by the issuance of non-competitive delivery orders to Lexis-Nexis and the West Group (Westlaw), under the Library of Congress, FEDLINK contract.
