The Internal Revenue Service is seeking information, technical and descriptive literature and brochures from potential sources capable of providing, supporting, and maintaining video teleconferencing systems to the IRS National Office, Regional and District Offices, Service Centers and Posts of Duty throughout the United States and possibly in some overseas locations. The IRS currently has 86 room systems installed nationwide. Information is particularly sought on state-of-the art "room systems" capable of supporting ATM transmission methods. If interested sources have already in place GSA or other GWAC contracts for these types of services please indicate so and furnish pertinent information about the contracts. Information on support and maintenance capabilities shall also be provided. The pertinent SIC Code is 3663, size standard 750 employees. For planning and budgetary purposes systems pricing estimates should also be provided specifying unit and total prices, technical support, engineering and connectivity costs, and any other pertinent costs.
