The Government proposes a three (3) year Requirements Contingency Conract for the essential repair, calibration and functional test as necessary to restore the following items to a serviceable condition: 1680-014-101-1772, Service Panel, Acquisition Cost (AC) $20,690.98, T.O. 13F9-2-3, P/N 7720301-106, Estimated Repair Hours (ERH) (per each item) 127.32, BEQ 4 ea per year. All items applicable to the C-5 Aircraft. The contractor must possess special test equipment. The Government will not furnish special test equipment. All potential offerors should contact the buyer/PCO identified in this notice for additional information and/or to communicate concerns, if any, concerning this acquisition. If your concerns are not satisfied by the contracting officer, an Ombudsman has been appointed to hear concerns from offerors or potential offerors during the proposal development phase of an acquisition. The Ombudsman does not diminish the authority of the program director or Contracting Officer, but communicates Contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate Government personnel.
