These services shall be performed by factory trained, authorized and certified representatives of the major equipment manufacturer "Pyrotronics". Maintenance/service shall include the following: Systematic visual examination and inspection of equipment, quarterly, semi-annual and annual requirements. Performing the annual testing requirements, inspection and testing of the battery charger and UPS system by the contractor shall include cleaning, repairing and replacing of all devices and components to keep the system in reliable proper and reliable working condition. Testing of the soke duct dectectors shall include removal, disassembly, thorough cleaning and reassembly of each device, each time it is tested. All equipment and components shall be new, and the manufactuers current model, the materials, appliances, equipment and devices shall be tested and listed by Underwriters Laboratories Inc., or Factory Mutual Research Corp., the authorized representative of the manufacturers of the major equipment. The standard industrial classification code is 7382 and the small size standard is $7.0 million. The proposed contract is 100% set aside for small business concerns.
