Successful contractor(s) will prepare and deliver tract appraisal reports on various parcels of land located within the Atchafalaya Basin Floodway System Project area in Iberville, St. Martin, St. Mary, and Iberia Parishes, Louisiana. The Corps intends to award three (3) indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity task order contracts as a result of this solicitation. Each contract will have a minimum of approximately 50 parcels with a maximum of approximately 1,625 parcels to be divided among the three contracts. Each award will be based on the best value to the Government considering price and other factors. The term of each contract will be one (1) year with options for four (4) more years. Each successful contractor will prepare, furnish, and deliver tract appraisal reports of various parcels of land within the project area. Successful contractors will be given approximately 60-90 days to completeappraisal reports on about 100 parcels. A minimally qualified contractor must have experience in the valuation of complex, non-standard, or unique easements (less than fee value) using the Federal "before and after" method; must have Federal Court experience as an expert witness; must have experience in the appraisals of wooded land; must be certified by the State of Louisiana; and must be approved by the U.S. Attorney.
