anne.hasselbrack@gsa.gov. Sources Sought: GSA is seeking statements --
via email only (see criteria below) -- from firms with expertise in
providing integrated services in any one or more of the following
areas. The purpose of this sources sought is to develop future business
lines of services for GSA to provide to Federal agencies in an era of
downsizing. 1) GRANTS MANAGEMENT, 2) ACCOUNTING -- providing temporary
or permanent clerks and techs, 3) FACILITIES MANAGEMENT -- to include
housing management and other real property management, base operations
support, public works, material management, integrated administrative
services such as mailroom operation or payroll, network installation
and support, 4) PERSONNEL and resource management, 5) LOGISTICS
services including transportation accounting, motor vehicle management,
traffic management, 6) COMMUNICATIONS including installation, operation
and maintenance of government or military specific telecommunications
systems, 7) ENGINEERING (all disciplines) including technical support
positions, full operation and maintenance of existing equipment,
network installation and support, research and development, design,
acquisition and life cycle management, test/mission support,
consulting, and 8) CONSULTING on all aspects of government outsourcing
and privatization with specific A-76 experience. An ideal statement
will include: 1) the firm's business size and an email point of
contact, 2) a brief narrative describing the extent to which the firm
is experienced in or capable of providing integrated services in one or
more of the above services to support Federal and/or military mission
requirements, 3) a brief list of customers for which the stated tasks
have been performed, and if available, civilian or military government
contacts (name, position, phone number, address, email) that are
considered subject matter experts. Because of the sheer number of
responses we estimate receiving, we ask that you put as the email
subject the keyword (as capitalized above) of the service(s) being
submitted, and if necessary, use attachments. The email address for

October 30, 1998. GSA will not pay for any information received.
Statements from small women-owned, small, and small disadvantaged firms
are encouraged. This Sources Sought has been posted through the
government's Electronic Posting System (EPS). Any resultant RFP will be
