The USDA Forest Service intends to negotiate a contract with TriServe, Inc., Meridian, Idaho to provide full restaurant services in support of the Wildland Fire Fighters Apprenticeship program at Fort Hunter Leggitt, CA. This service is required for approximately 100 people for three, separate 30 day periods between January and May, 1999. TriServe, Inc., is the sole restaurant concessionaire at Fort Hunter Leggitt. There are no other facilities available on the base, or within a reasonable commute distance. Interested parties shall address the following criteria: (1) ability to provide the full restaurant service at Fort Hunter Leggitt by January 1, 1999.
