revise course documentation and teach courses: Human Resource
Management I and II. Courses are focused on development of
communication skills,and are designed to improve human resource
management skills of Corps of Engineers supervisors, managers, and team
leaders. Goal of courses is to promote optimal leadership of human
resources. Courses shall be taught in various U.S. locations during
1999. Each course requires one lead instructor and one assistant
instructor. Evaluating factors are equal. Evaluating factors are price,
past performance, and following technical factors. 1. Practical Work
Experience. Instructors shall have at least 3 years (during past 5)
experience in human resources. 2. Teaching Experience. During past five
years: (a) Lead Instructor. 200 hours experience teaching human
resource management, 100 of which were to federal or state agencies.
(b) Assistant instructor. 100 hours in teaching human resource
management related courses, 50 of which were to federal or state
agencies. 3. Education Requirements. Lead instructor requires: Master's
degree in human resource management or bachelors degree in human
resource management or related field plus 5 years teaching experience
in human resource management. Assistant instructor shall have
bachelor's degree in human resource management or related field.
