CO-8474-OPL DUE 102098 POC Alexis Kemper (202-482-1512) The NATO
Consultation, Command and Control Agency (NC3A) is procuring TV and
Radio Equipment for the Combined Joint Information Campaign Task Force
(CJICTF) to conduct an information campaign in Bosnia-Herzegovina, to
provide force protection, encourage co-operation and non -interference
with the peace implementation process, deter armed resistance to SFOR
activities and facilitate the transition to civil institution and
control. The radio, TV and print equipment to be procured includes:
Radio Equipment: Digital Audio Editor software, Cassette tape
duplicator, Mini-Disc recorders and players, Microphones and headsets,
and UPS for the above listed equipment. Television equipment:
Equipment fo two external TV teams (PAL digital videocameras, rear
control camera lenses, tripods, microphones, headset, rain covers,
etc.); BETA digital video recorders, PAL/VHS video duplicator, Video
monitors (NTSC/PAL/SECAM), Large screen vide monitor(NTSC/PAL/SECAM),
Video mixer, Video system signal analyzer, video erasers (BETA and
VHS), Studio lighting system, Integrated Digital TV Editing System. The
RFQ package will not contain material of a classified nature. However,
contractor personnel performing installation work at a NATO or SFOR
site in conjunction with the contract will be required to have security
clearances to the level of NATO Secret. All such clearances must be in
place prior to contract award. All applicants must be certified to
compete NATO ICB by the U.S. Department of Commerce, Office of
