fast-turnaround research, evaluation, program monitoring, and technical
consultation to accommodate congressionally mandated studies,
litigation, or pressing issues. The work is in support of HUD's Office
of Policy Development and Research. Contemplated are multiple
indefinite quantity contracts with a 48-month ordering period wherein
work is performed under issued task orders. Tasks include development
of the following representative documents: management plans, monitoring
plans, data collection forms, systems guides, record keeping and data
flow plans, analysis plans, reports, briefing submissions, data
collection plans and instruments, and materials to be submitted to the
Office of Management and Budget. The anticipated RFP release date is
