Command has a requirement for C-26 Aircraft Initial Pilot Training for
22 pilots. It is the intent of the Government to contract on a sole
source basis with Flight Safety International. They are the only known
source of expertise for these services utilizing the required Level C,
C-26B Simulator. They have the only known simulator specifically
configured with the C-26B avionics and C-26B cockpit configuration
