Savannah River Company (WSRC), management and operating contractor for
the U.S. Department of Energy's Savannah River Site (SRS) near Aiken,
South Carolina. The purpose of this notice is to determine public
interest in the possible licensing of a technology called "Specialty
Grout/Flowable Fill." This new material provides chemical and physical
stabilization of contaminants in a confined or unconfined space. This
technology can be used to chemically and/or physically stabilize
confined or unconfined space where contaminant leaching and subsidence
is a concern. Examples of applications include tanks, sumps, vaults,
trenches, abandoned pipelines, structures, and waste disposal
containers. Respondents will be provided with a technical brief and
instructions for preparing and submitting a business plan, an integral
element of the licensing process. Responses to this notice should be
